POSITIVES OF CULTURE

1. Enhances organisational commitment

The ICE group has strong organizational culture, which will help to keep their top-level
talent. If workers love the job they are at, and feel like valuable members of a team,
then they are not likely to want to go to another company. A top-notch culture will not
only attract the best new talent but help retain them afterwards.

2. Increases the consistency of employee behaviour

A strong organization will focus on the environment which it creates for its workers
because that will help encourage a more efficient and productive company. On a hand,
they try to focusing on building and sustaining organizational culture shows employees
that they are considered an important part of the company. This company generally
has among the best response from its employees and thus will also have a much better
chance of achieving its goals.

Therefore, the most important for the company is how to creates energy and
momentum. Once a strong organizational culture is built, it will gain a momentum of
its own and will help to allow people to feel valued and express themselves freely. The
excitement and energy this will cause will end up being a positive influence that affects
every part of the organization.

3. Reduces ambiguity

Another task which perform this company is how to help make everyone more
efficient and successful to give the best service to consumers. From the lowest kind of
worker to the highest CEO, a strong culture helps everyone.

NEGATIVES OF CULTURE

1. Barrier to change
One of the largest barriers to increased workplace diversity can be resistance to
change. As new policies and employees are brought into an organization, there may be
those who are resistant to the changes happening.
Those who are resistant to change can cause offense and harm to diverse employees,
by making them feel they are not wanted and don’t belong.
Stereotyping, racism, and offensive remarks are just some of the negative
consequences when your workforce is resistant to changes.

2. Barrier to diversity

Managers in the workplace should utilize their education and their experience to help

them better integrate diversity in their workplace. There are many ways managers can
help increase diversity and improve work culture in their offices.

Continual training on diversity is beneficial to help everyone get reminders about

appropriate behaviour. Well-educated human resource managers help educate new
and current employees on diversity and respect. The right training and education can
be instrumental in making sure you’re prepared to conduct and lead these kinds of
trainings.
Diversity training should emphasize the proper communication, company policies, and
culture of respect necessary to create an inclusive work culture.

3. Barrier to acquisitions and mergers

Evidence and surveys have shown that corporate culture is very important for the
success of mergers and acquisitions. This evidence also points to the fact that cultural
differences are a very important factor that could lead to failures in mergers.

Another issue about the diversity is that only the 10% of the workers of the company
are international
