 General Formula for Target will be


a. 20% Target in first quarter of YTD target as discussed above
b. 20% in second quarter
c. 20% in third quarter.
d. 40% in the fourth quarter

 The additional benefits will be awarded after the successful achievement of first quarter regular
premium target for (GM & above), while first review of (BM,DM and FA) benefit will be done
and awarded on half yearly target achievement basis.
 Quarter production target must be achieved to maintain the entitlement of additional benefits.
 The Managers will be entitled for full commission from reporting hierarchy to all the way until
advisor commission.
 The manager will be entitled for the hierarchy if any of the immediate hierarchy is vacant.
For example.
If a financial advisor in the direct reporting of Group Manager. In case of sale by that Financial
advisor, GM will be entitled for commission of Group Manager, Business Manager and
Development Manager.
 10% (YTD) direct business should be issued by Business Manager, Group Manager, Zonal Head
and Regional Head.
 Regional Head position needs to submit rental agreement of business premises with Askari Life.
 Performance will be reviewed on half yearly basis and to retain the current position 100% of the
target must be achieved.
 Overseas convention for the performers who will achieve 40% above from their YTD target.
 “ELITE AFOHS” eligibility is subject to the achievement of 100% collected premium YTD
target.
 Applicant must produce business of 100k for Business Manager, 200k for Group Manager,400k
for Zonal Manager and 600k for Regional Manager in 15 days for the appointment letter and code
issuance processing.
 Fast track perks and benefit can be availed on achievement of 10% of the YTD personal target.
 Benefits will be facilitated on reimbursement basis. Each month benefit will be credit after 45
days.
