SILVER JUBILEE YEAR

In the beautiful Kodachadri hill range and Agumbe region of

Western Ghat in Malnaad region, SPAN is conducting
adventure, nature orientation, and leadership camp THE
LEADING EDGE for children aged 10-16 years. Blessed with
an abundance of natural resources and beauty, this beautiful
hill region is a wonderful campsite for children to explore the
natural world and learn to feel at home in the out of doors
through trekking, camping in alpine tents, enjoying boating in
Sharavathi backwaters, leadership, team building activities,
quiz, games, campfire, and more.. Kids learn while having fun.
It is educational and adventurous. These camps benefit
children in more ways than one. Time spent in the lap of
nature can be extremely mentally and physically refreshing
and rejuvenating. The activities coupled with pollution-free
environment are sure to have a positive impact on their
health .

Camp Period : T h e c a m p e r s w i l l l e a v e
Mysore/Bangalore on 12th Oct
2018 by 9 pm and return to
Mysore/Bangalore on 17th Oct
2018 early morning.
Food : During camp period, wholesome
and hygienic vegetarian food will
be prepared and served.
Certificate : A specially designed certificate
and DVD containing camp photos
would be issued to all those
campers who complete all the
activities and abide with the
camp discipline.
Camp Fees : The all inclusive camp fees per
camper is Rs.6000 (Rupees Six
Thousand only)

BACKPACK: Four sets of complete dress, Thin single bedspread, extra pair of
cotton socks, chappal, lunch box, spoon, coffee tumbler, water bottle, Sun cap,
small torch, toilet kit (tooth paste, brush, soap, 2 small cotton towels), personal
medicine (if any), note book and pen. All these should be packed and carried in a
Duffle/soft travel bag. ONE small shoulder bag/back pack to carry days pack.
