1. Answer: Crimes are any forms of violating a certain law of a state or country for for
example, Your selling a marijuana in the Philippines an you were caught by the police
because the law REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9165] AN ACT INSTITUTING THE COMPREHENSIVE
DANGEROUS DRUGS ACT OF 2002, prevent selling of illegal drugs an it can be called crime
while in jamaica you can sell it because jamaica is the first country to explicitly legalize weed

sacramental purposes.
Criminals are the one who violates the law of certain country.

2. Answer: Motives are the reason why perpetrator commits a crime, For example a husband
kill the man who is having an affair with his wife because of extreme jealousy.

Opportunities is an situation where the perpetrator has the chance to commit crime, for
example the Jomari Saw that the bag of the old man widely open and from that view he can
see a smartphone. He slowly grab the smartphone inside of the bag and successfully
commits the crime.

Instrumentality are the objects needed to to commit a crime. For example the man uses his guns to
threaten the cashier of restaurant for him to take all money drom the counter.
