Tell Me About Yourself

Self-introduction has always been understatedly defined by several people as a mere exposure
of oneself to impress individuals with the common qualities we share. People around me often think
that I am superior amongst existing challenges presented in the market. My family sees me as a strong-
willed individual who is almost near success. Through the years that I have lived, constructive criticisms
are never new to me, thus, it neither did affect me nor how I knew myself. I am a goal-oriented person
who always strives for the best. I am giving myself the utmost benefit of being a socially competitive
individual as I recognize my hunger for success. I am thriving not only for my own growth and maturity
but also to everyone around me, notwithstanding the diverse community I lived in. I have a strong belief
in conservatism and confidentiality preservation subject to minor exceptions. Alongside with these
qualities, I am an out going person who actively interacts with other people and is always willing to learn
from them. I am willing to work with other individuals and articulate skyrocketed objectives to mold
growths.

1st S. I dealt with different engagements for two years before I was promoted to be a department
manager of the known firm where I worked for 4 years. The shift from different workplace was never a
problem because I am malleable to alteration. I am socially exposed to the dynamics of a highly
competitive environment which are standard-based and goal-oriented. I have earned sufficient
knowledge and experiences in managing different labor force with different capabilities as I have been
working with diverse environment for such a long time. I have acquired different strategies in handling
counterfeited works, and stratagems on building robust stratified team with a competitive edge among
others.

2nd S. I always value integrity and high competency management towards working. I always look into
what others can contribute under my team towards achieving work excellence. My unique quality
appears to be my inimitable perspective towards dealing with people whom I am entrusting an
important job. Working with other people was never easy as we have to make modifications that is
advantageous to both parties. To clearly establish and sustain a competitive working committee, highly
exceptional individuals are needed. With respect to the position of the company, well trained and
modest employees are the principal asset withholding great responsibilities in promoting high quality
service environment. We hire to be excellent, and we do manage to keep our feet on track. With my
ability, I can ensure a promising change within the entity that can help in positioning rightful individual
to crucial responsibilities.

3rd S. I have enough experiences from my previous job, however I wanted to grant myself the chance to
be planted into another set of involvement which will help me build more of myself and share my
knowledge to the different sectors in this company. Being a Human Resource Manager would be a great
start-up position for me because I believe I can help train and mold employees and help the company
grow in this fast-pacing environment. To manage a business is extremely difficult compared to managing
individual workforce. However, insufficient trainings for future employees will make an impact in the
whole run of the system.
I have my own set of beliefs and principles in life. I know I can properly function and work with my
chosen position.
