Can the Philippines be considered as one of the third world countries?

In present times, some still consider Philippines as a

third world country, however numbers and studies
state that we are leaving that title behind.
The current infant mortality rate for Philippines in 2021
is 18.392 deaths per 1000 live births, a 2.25% decline
from 2020. For me, Philippines can be still called as
developing country, but not a third world country
anymore.
