Broad Topic: Text Analytics in Human Resource (HR).

Keywords: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Text Mining, Resume Screening.

Reasoning behind the topic and keywords: Talent acquisition is one of the most
important as well as time consuming task for an organization. Resume evaluation is
challenging and complex task based on the vast job profiles available currently.
Using technologies like natural language processing and text mining we could
provide automated system for resume screening system which can assess in finding
the best person for the job by reducing efforts, time and cost of the organization.
