With reference a letter No.DAC-CR-I MG-110/21/23410 dated 27.08.21

received from AD(D), DACE, Punjab Lahore in which who conveyed the following orders of the

W/Director General, ACE, Punjab, Lahore.

"R.D. GWL. Pl. call parties, 10, case files and proceed as per law."
11. In compliance of the above orders, the Regional Director, ACE,

Gujranwala ordered to DDL, ACE, Gujranwala to hear the complainant in the presence of E.O

and submit recommendation. The Deputy Director (Legal), ACE, Gujranwala called and heard

the complainant, perused record that observed that matter is purely of revenue nature, and

seems difficult to be adjudicated by E.O a Police Officer,· not having ample knowledge of

revenue laws, further the complainant has also been shown distrust over the E.O and made

legal opinion to authority to entrust the subject matter to revenue knowing officer reaching at

just conclusion. The Director, ACE, Gujranwala entrusted the enquiry to DOI, ACE, Narowal

with the direction to enquire the matter.

111. You are requested to comply with the orders of authority in letter and spirit

and submit final report within stipulated period. It is further intimated to get the enquiry
