The following notification will be published in the Extra-ordinary issue of

Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 06.04.2013.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 261 (1) (b) read with 679-E of
the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and in supersession of the earlier
notifications issued on the subject, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby fixes
the Duty on Transfer of Property in all the Municipal Corporation areas in the State
of Andhra Pradesh at 1.5% (one and half percent) without any deduction towards
collection charges with effect from 1st April, 2013.
