Directions: Create at least five aerobic workout programs designed at home that keeps you healthy
and improves your immune system. Write-down the routine/step, counts, repetition and sets of
each program. Write your answers on a separate sheet.

through Facebook, messenger, or email provided by the teacher. You may perform solo, with your
friends or any of your family members.
