Dear Engr. Capuchino,

I, an architecture student from Mapua Institute of Technology, is currently conducting a case

study in Malate in partial fulfillment of the course Planning 2: Fundamentals of Urban Design
and Community Architecture. I am humbly asking the permission of your office to permit us to
secure a copy of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of Ermita. This CLUP will be used
for academic purposes, and as reference in the said case study.
