Research objective:
 Why do students hesitate when choosing a major?
 What influences students' choice decisions?
 To which degree these factors impact the decision-making process?
Chosen Research Approach:

Mixed Method:
 The research method we have chosen is the mixed method. And study design is
explanatory sequential design.

 Step 1: In the previous qualitative research section, we will interview each

student of a random university and also businesses about human resource
recruitment.
 Step 2: Calculate the impact of each factor to the decision-making process
