Project description: Gahanna Swim Club is a private owned club that entertains open enrollment of
membership. Members can access member benefits information, Fees details, post their messages in the member
forum message board, access the club announcements and events and create photo albums. The website lets the
general public to enroll themselves as the members. The web site also maintains the information of club
employees and provides access based on roles. The web site is embedded with Security around Club
Membership, board members and club employee. The site is providing all the following features to their
members

1. Event or Activities calendar, Announcements and News posting, Create photo albums and share the
photos from the club activities, Create and view Membership lists of club members, A Membership page
lists all the details about membership benefits, Fees.

Responsibilities:
 Developed Login and Membership management using Asp.net Login control, Asp.net Role and
Membership management.
 Developed Classified Functionality that includes placing a new Ad, Searching Ad in different
categories, Uploading images.
 Developed Poll Module for displaying Poll question and Poll Results
 Developed Event/Specials Module that displays the Events Happening around local Areas and

Ecomparts is an Internet based part ordering system for commercial food equipment. Ecomparts
has been started by group of service providers who have an 80% share in the food equipment industry.
Five modules were used for the storefront. Customer, Service provider, Service Management Group,
Administrator, Manufacture
The system works as media among the service providers and customers. The orders are routed to
the nearest service provider based on predefined rule set. The backend of the system manages the
Inventory by gathering the data from 240 locations across United States.
Responsibilities:
 Leading the Team in Developing the Web Site

Project Description:
CALPER is a public retirement system provides retirement benefits to the state employees of
California. CALPERS Group Education Departments conducts different type of seminars to Members,
Employer and Retirees. Service Center conducts personal interviews to educate the Members. Education
department was in need for an application that can manage the interviews and appointments.
ISA manages and tracks the Seminars and Appointments. It provides the following functionality
1. Ability to Define the Seminars and Appointment Schedules in advance.
2. Ability to Register the Members for Seminars and Appointments
3. Understanding the Current MS Access Database based application and migration.
4. SIA sends a confirmation of the registration via Email and Post Cards.
5. SIA has the ability to print Name list for the Seminar Attendees.
6. SIA has the ability to track the feedback forms from Seminar and Appointments.
7. SIA has a management module and has many reports that allow the management to track the
number of Seminars and Registrations and feedbacks.

Project description:
SMDC is an innovative leader in the health care. The clinic needed to make a preoperative evaluation
test on the patient. Based on the health condition of the patient and the input of PCP, the patient undergoes
special treatment both prior to, during and post surgery. The Web application enables the clinic staff to input the
patient information and health conditions. The system then generates various orders based on the patient medical
record.

The purpose of Online Insurance Policy System is to maintain customers Insurance policies with
the company. The application enables the insurance agents to create policy holder accounts, generate
insurance quotes for auto, renters, home owners insurance etc., select coverage and limits for each account,
Allow premium reductions for eligible customers. The application also allows policyholders to view their
accounts online. The program generates risk analysis reports for risk control group, which assesses the risk
involved with each customer. The online application has several modules and I was involved in the policy
creation and maintenance module.
Responsibilities:
 Involved in design and development of creating policy holder accounts page using VB and ASP
 Involved in development and unit testing of online account module for policy holders to view their
accounts online.
 Created CSS style sheets and used part of the ASP coding
