Feelings Check-In

Hi, how are you today? I hope you are doing fine. Before anything else, I would like
to ask you about what you feel today. There are no feelings that are "good" or
"bad", rather there are feelings that make us "comfortable" or "uncomfortable".
We want to pay attention to all of them because they give us information about what
we need to feel better.
