The ingredients required in making the product will be bought once a week
but it may alter depending on the request and demand of the buyers. In buying

that our team will utilizing is the Batch Method in which our product will go on
several steps in production making. As we plan upon selling the product, we will
sell our products daily based from the orders of our customers and so we decided
that our production schedule be daily or every to days.

Since it takes time to make the product but not too long to make and bake
banana oatmeal bars, the company set the production for a medium-term. The
method takes place daily or every two days in order not to waste any ingredients.
Using this sort of a production schedule, the company determines how many
pieces of Energy Bars should the company sell within a day.

things needed for the “Energy Bars” oatmeal bars by making sure that our team

The first step in the production process is to focus more on hygiene and
sanitation. Before, during, and after the production, staff must ensure that the
workspace is appropriately cleaned and sanitized, and inspected. To keep our
product safe and healthy, the staff must make it safe and wash the ingredients.
Before beginning the actual production process, staff must undergo proper
handwashing and personal protective equipment (PPE).

The Second step in the production process is the preparation of ingredients.

After the preparation of ingredients, preheat oven to 350 F and grease a quarter

mash with the back of a fork until they are broken down.Add oats, peanut butter,
chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, vanilla and cinnamon.Stir everything together
until all of the ingredients are well combined and you have a nice thick

pushed into the corners, along the sides and even on top.Bake for 25-30 minutes
or until they are fragrant, lightly browned on top and set through.Cool completely.
