1. Public Market project with a PCC of Five Million Pesos (P 5,000,000.

Recommended professional fee for detailed architectural design services is 3.0%.

3% x 5,000,000 = ₱ 150,000.00

2. Manufacturing Plant project with a PCC of Eighty-Five Million Pesos (₱ 85,000,000.00)

Compensation of the architect = 2,500,000.00 plus 4% of the excess of 85,000,000.00

3. 2-Storey Residential project with a PCC of Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos
(₱ 7,500,000.00).
Recommended professional fee is 3.6%
3.6% x 7,500,000.00 = ₱ 270,000.00

4. Family Mausoleum approved PCC is at Two Million Pesos (₱ 2,000,000.00)


Recommended professional fee is 7.5%

7.5% x 2,000,000.00 = 150,000.00

5. Plan and Design Six (6) Dormitories the approved PCC is at Eight Million Pesos
(₱ 8,000,000.00) per Dormitory Unit.
Recommended professional fee is 3.6%

1st building: 3.6% x 8,000,000.00 = 288,000.00


2nd building: 50% x 288,000.00 = 144,000.00
3rd building: 40% x 288,000.00 = 115,200.00
4th and succeeding building: 30% x 288,000.00 = 720,000.00
Total: 720.000 architect’s fee
6. HOUSING PROJECT of One Hundred Fifty (150) Residential Units in a single site with
only one (1) set of plans, specifications and related documents shall be used. Each housing
unit has an approved PCC of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱ 450,000.00).

Each unit has a PCC of 450,000.00


Recommended professional fee for DAEDS is 10%

1st unit = 10% x 450,000,00 = 45,000.00

2nd to 10th units = 45,000.00 x 50% = 22,500.00


= 22,500.00 x 10 = 225,000.00
= 225,000 + 45,000.00 = 270,000.00

11th to 30th units = 45,000.00 x 40% = 18,000.00


= 18,000 x 20 = 360,000.00
= 360,000 + 270,000.00 = 630,000.00

31th to 50th units = 45,000 x 25% = 11,250.00


= 11,250.00 x 20 = 225,000.00
=630,000.00 +225,000.00 = 855,000.00

51th and above units = 45,000 x 15% = 6,750.00


= 6,750.00 x 100 = 675,000.00
=675,000.00 + 855,000.00 = 1,530,000.00

7. Alterations, Renovations and Rehabilitation to an old Auditorium. The PCC for the entire
project is at Forty-Five Million Pesos (₱ 45,000,000,00)

Recommended professional fee is 4.2%


4.2% x 45,000,000.00 = 1,890,000.00
1,890,000.00 x 50% = 945,000.00
1,890,000.00 + 945,000.00 = 2,835,000.00
8. Payment to be made by the Owner in different Phases of the work done by the Architect.
 Upon signing of the service agreement
 Upon the completion of the schematic design phase
 Upon the completion of the design development phase
 Upon the completion of the contract document phase
 Bidding or negotiation phase
 Construction phase

9. Lot area of 55 hectares

Area of 50 hectares and above is 1.50 per sq.m


Fee:
1,650,000.00 + 15,000.00 per hectares in excess of 50 hectares
Architect’s Fee: 1,725,000.00
