***Please note that direct file saving is not a feature of our HTML5 link
1. Open a Web Browser (preferably Safari, Google Chrome, or Edge) and go to https://cloud2.rediker.com
4. Check the Don’t show this message again box and click Ok:
5. Your Application icons will appear in the left corner of the webpage, click an icon to launch the Application:
7. Clicking this icon will give you the options to close an Application, edit page settings and exit HTML5:
9. The main features of this icon are the ability to upload to your RS4 folder and download to your local computer:
10. To upload to your RS4 click on the Upload icon and it will launch your local explorer window:
11. Browse to the file(s) you want to upload and either double-click or highlight the file(s) and click Open:
13. Click the drive under This PC to the left of the window:
14. Browse to the folder you want to upload the file to and click Save
15. To Download to your local computer, click the Download icon and it will launch your RS4 explorer window:
16. Click the drive under This PC and browse to the file(s) you want to download:
17. Double-click or highlight the file(s) you want to download and click Open
18. Browse to the location on your local computer that you want to save to and click Save
➢ SAVING FILES

Files will have to be saved to your R:\ drive and then downloaded to your local computer
*** Please note that Excel files open behind the Admin Plus window, so you will need to minimize Admin Plus to view an
Excel document.
19. You should have a Rediker folder on your R:\ drive, if not please contact us and we will create one for you.
20. When you click Save to any file please browse to your Rediker folder on your R:\ drive from any window that pops up
and click Save e.g.:
22. Click Print on the file that you want to save e.g.:
25. A new Browser window will open, click the Download Arrow at the top right corner of the Browser window
26. Save the file to the desired location of your local computer

27. After clicking Print on a document the following popup will appear, click Print when it does.
