Hi everybody!

we are Daniela from Spain, Karen from Italy and Felipe from England.
Daniela is 23 years old, Karen is 21 and Felipe is 21. Spain is located in southwestern
Europe and occupies 80% of the Iberian Peninsula, which it shares with Portugal, its
language is Castilian or Spanish. Italy is also in Europe, her language is Italian, Karen says
that in Italy what is eaten the most is pizza. Felipe tells us that England is located in Europe
and its capital is London, the language spoken there is English and the most popular sport is
soccer. We have been friends for more than 6 months and we met through the web site "pen
pals in funny letters". The three of us have the same dream, which is to speak English very
fluently and thus be able to get to know different cultures.

We meet at an appropriate time to make video calls by WhatsApp to talk about important
issues in English, so that each of us can learn a little more, we also tell each other's
experiences of the day, we recommend movies in English like Jurassic Park and thus our
English speaking has been improved so that every day that passes we can understand
English perfectly.
When we learned that a competition that arose on the website "pen pals in funny letters"
would be presented, we began to investigate the cultures of Canada since before traveling
to a place we must first know about their customs, traditions, places tourists and their
lodgings.
We must bear in mind that Canadians value punctuality and are very punctual in their
schedule; Their most common form of greeting is a firm handshake with eye contact, and
they also tip when eating at a restaurant. If we win this challenge, we want to visit
Whitehorse, which is located in northern Canada and is the gateway to other areas such as
Alaska and Yukon National Park, in this place you can look up to the sky and enjoy a
beautiful sunrise. We want to win this competition to improve our English skills and get to
know many places in Canada.
