1 INTRODUCTION

"CLASS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM" is very easy to understand and use .It

contains basic functions which include Add student/monitor, view
students/monitorr, display results of students and remove the student. In this
mini project, there is no such login system. This means he/she can use all
those available features easily without any restriction. It is too easy to use,
he/she can check the total student’s record.

It consists of all the data management and storage facilities that are
required for effectively managing a class. The class management
system allows the administrator to view and edit data as required.
While adding the students/teacher, the user only has to enter his/her name
then the system adds the record and displays to the user. And the user can
view all these records lists from the display section.

2 OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

"SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM" can manage the storing of student

information in the system. The purpose of the system safely maintains the organizing of student

details inside the class..The proposed system is expected to do the following

functionally-

 To provide user friendly environment for BANK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

activities.

 The proposed system maintain all the customer details ,accounts and

balance and generate the details when required.

In its current scope, the software enables the user to retrieve and update the

information from database designed with mysql. This software is simple and

easy to use.
3 LIMITATIONS

Despite of the best effort of the developer,the following limitations and fuctional
boundaries are visible, which limits the scope of this application software.

 This is an offline project.

 This produces reports only in the pre-designed format only. There is no facility of
producing customizes reports yet.
The functions can be designed to handle the future needs in future. Any part of

software and reports can be modified independently without much effort.
