PRIOR TO ELIGIBILITY DATE 
 
This form must be submitted to the FIDE Secretariat by the New Federation together with the
supporting documentary evidence (if any) according to the articles 2.6.1 and 2.6.2 of the
Transfer Regulations, in order to determine the “length of Residency”.

The player’s transfer to the New Federation must has been completed in advance and posted
on FIDE website. (https://ratings.fide.com/fedchange.phtml)
