Abstract
The Role of Quality Service Dimensions and Organizational
Learning Abilities in Developing Culture Excellence
(Field Study in Industrial Companies Enlisted at Kuwait Stock Exchange)

Supervised: Prof. Dr. Mohammed AL Noaim

This study aimed to identify the role of intangible quality dimensions and

organizational learning abilities in developing the culture of excellence in

industrial companies listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange, the population of the

study consists of all the industrial firms which listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange

which is (27) company, and the sample study consists of (105) managers

working in the companies which included in the study.

The study find out a number of results including: there's a correlation

relationship between tangible physical distance and developing the culture of

excellence. Also, the study shows that there's a correlation relationship between

knowledge generation and developing the culture of excellence.

The study provided a number of recommendations including: emphasis on

the importance of intangible service quality dimensions for its direct

relationship in developing the culture of excellence in industrial companies

listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange, in addition showing interest in organizational

learning capabilities for its importance of in developing the culture of

excellence in these companies.
