3CRESCENT HILLS SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Minutes of 2020 Annual Meeting Thursday, September 24, 2020 ‘The Crescent Hills Subdivision Homeowners Association held its annual meeting on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 6p.m. at the model home in Cedar City, Utah. 1, REGISTRATION AND SIGN IN 2. CALL TO ORDER & CALL OF PROXIES Teri called the meeting to order at 6:05 and welcomed the homeowners. It was mentioned that the reasoning behind the meeting outside was due to COVID. FB page has been implemented, 3. READING OF ANNUAL MINUTES 4, FINANCIAL REPORT A. Operating Account Debbie reported that as of August 31, the operating bank balance was $10399.88 and the reserve balance is $3341.04. B. 2020 Budget MOTION: Mike Dreyer motioned to approve the 2021 budget as presented. Tim ‘West seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. 5, NEW BUSINESS A. Election of Board Members Itwas mentioned that we need to replace Jared Lewis’ one year term and 2 new board members. Rene Andrews, Danielle Schneider and ‘Tim West names were submitted. Brian Daniels and Rene Overstreet were nominated from the floor. Ballots were dispersed. Danielle Schnedier, Tim West, and Rene Overstreet were the 3 high votes. MOTION: Teri Cunningham motioned to elect Danielle, Tim, and Rene, as Board members. Rene Andrews seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. B. Developer Update Debbie indicated that she had spoke to the developer and Phase 3 has been approved by the city. It will have approximately 66 lots. He mentioned that a park will not be implemented into Phase 3, as previously indicated, but possibly the next phase.” C. Park ‘The newsletter broached the subject as to whether or not homeowners want to “accept” a lot from the developer. There was discussion about obtaining costs for development, MOTION: Tim West motioned to call for a yote to see if homeowners even had interest in receiving donated land from developer for improvement. Emily Forshee seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Vote was taken by raise of hands and was 16-19 for opposing donated land to HOA. D. Other | 6.
