    Subject: Restaurant proposal

    As you are aware I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In
    order to continue with this stimulation I am required to first establish the name and location of
    my restaurant. Please review the proposal idea by completing the bottom portion of this memeo
    and returning it to me.

    Proposed Restaurant:

    The name of my restaurant is Sweet Treat’s. The theme for my restaurant is cottage core. I want
    my customers to feel like they are going to grandma’s house. The color scheme will be a
    combination of brown, red, pink and yellow. My signature dish I have decided will be s treaty
    donut sundae. The restaurant will be located at 4653 Clairton Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA

    Restaurant Reasoning:
    Us humans are stressed out a lot, so I wanted to make this restaurant for people to come and
    enjoy sweet treats. Sometimes when I come home from school I want to eat something sweet
    so this restaurant is for people when they come home from work/school and want something
    sweet before they go home. Or you can just come to Sweet Treats whenever you like.
