The Plan of the Month (POM) contains operational unit information and constitutes official orders during drill periods. All
unit members are responsible with familiarization and execution of this document’s content. Drilling Reservists are subject
to UCMJ article 2 and article 3 while on inactive duty for training and subject to judicial or non-judicial proceedings for
offenses committed while in this status.

Drill Weekend Battle Rhythm


Note: COVID-19 mitigation requirements for 24-27 June 2021 drill weekend:
 Ensure all workstations are cleaned and wiped down each day.
 Vacuum any area utilized by unit members.
 HPCON B: Overall building capacity ±60% of personnel; No more than 60 members at any given time.
 IROC War Room is off limits. Do not enter this space.
 Active Duty will be working so PLEASE ENSURE you are respectful of their spaces.

N1 – PERSONNEL
 Unit personnel muster must be completed by 1400 each day of the drill weekend
N3 / N5 – OPERATIONS/PLANS
ORGANIZATIONAL CHART CHANGES
There are several updates to the unit Org Chart. Please familiarize yourself with it and know who is in your Division/Branch!
Chain of Command (COC) is to be utilized at all times! Please ENSURE that you know your COC!
AT/ADT
 AT and ADT opportunities are a moving target, changing all the time. All LPOs have current opportunities to distribute. Check
your email often! There are several options currently available.
 AT has been reduced to 14 days for both Officers and Enlisted.
 Execution priorities remain unchanged (E-AT/AT, IDTT and then ADT). Unless otherwise indicated, ROM requires a Pg13.
 We are working towards having orders approved 30+ days out, so route your requests early!
 There may be opportunities to support C6F exercises in Q4. Check your email often for communication of these evolutions.

N4 / N6 – COMMAND SERVICES & IT COMMUNICATIONS


 MWR FUNDS: N4 manages unit MWR funds. Contributing to the fund is voluntary, however, all members are encouraged to
participate. Annual contribution is $60 for officers, $25 for enlisted members. Please submit funds to LT Faulkner in person
(cash or check) or Venmo (@ArickaF). If you need another option to pay your annual contributions, please see LT Faulkner.
 Email Guidance: Emails contaminating PII Level 2 information MUST be encrypted and when possible, digitally
signed. Subject line of email should include: FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY - PRIVACY SENSITIVE - Body of email
should include: FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY - PRIVACY SENSITIVE: ANY MISUSE OR UNAUTHORIZED
DISCLOSURE MAY RESULT IN BOTH CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES
 Always digitally sign your email when sending an attachment or link.
 Personal Financial Counselor: Mrs. Taylor is a DoD employee who provides free one-on-one financial counseling, education,
and referrals that will help Service Members and their families build a successful financial future. Contact Mrs. Taylor by phone

budgeting, financial readiness for deployment, saving and/or investments. All services are confidential and free of charge.
 BERTHING: Due to COVID-19, members will be provided single room occupancy until further notice. All berthing requests
MUST be submitted via the Navy Reserve e-Lodging (NREL) App on the Navy Reserve Homeport (MY NRH)
https://www.mynrh.navy.mil.
*REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF DRILL PERIOD* Best practice: sign up for berthing for
your next DWE during your current DWE. The same applies to all NREL issues.
*FULL DAY (2 DRILL PERIODS) MUST BE PERFORMED ON THE DAY FOLLOWING PROVIDED BERTHING*
Example: you were provided berthing on Saturday night; you must drill the full day on Sunday.
 SUBSISTENCE: During COVID-19, lunch is currently provided by Jimmy John’s. Members need to sign the meal sheet during
their visit. In addition, members should check with NOSC Supply to verify the location where lunch will be served: at the NOSC
or at the vendor location. ALL members on a Reschedule Drill are to report to NOSC Supply for a Meal Sheet, meal tickets are no
longer authorized, and you will be turned away.

N7 – TRAINING
 AT requirements for the July 12th through 23rd production surge at JRIC Millington is currently in NROWS for members to
route. If you have not done so you need to do it now or face a bad year.
 C6F is seeking personnel for exercise Judicious Response (20-30 JUL) in Naples. Det 802 will be providing more info on ROM
requirements and ranks needed to support the exercise.
 June 30th is the OSO deadline for Q4 orders to be entered in NROWS.

N8 – MANNING
Visit Request
 Prior to the start of any official orders requiring use of your security clearance, contact the unit Special Security
Representative (SSR), LT David Henry, 864-508-1059, david.c.henry@navy.mil. He will assist passing your clearance to the
appropriate SMO code(s). In order for your clearance to be passed, you will need the following information: Arrival and
Departure dates, POC, POC phone, SMO code(s) and access levels. If this information is not sent prior to your arrival, it will
result in access delays at your destination and hinder to your ability to provide timely support.
 If your SSR is not able to submit your Visit Request, you can request the Visit Request by completing the JPAS Visit Request
form at https://private.navyreserve.navy.mil/cnifr/Security_Office/SSO_ACTIONS/Pages/JPAS_VISIT_REQUEST.aspx.
Should you choose this route, you will be required to upload a copy of your approved orders.

N9 – READINESS
Unit In the Spotlight (UIS):
 Outstanding items from UIS must be completed, including PG2 updates. If you continue to have issues updating your
information in NSIPS, you will need to go to NOSC Reserve Services.
COVID-19 Vaccine:
 Please keep Readiness up to date on your COVID-19 Vaccine status. Please contact LT Barnett (william.barnett@navy.mil /
wrk: 404-469-3268 / cell: 404-434-6574) when / if you receive the COVID-19 Vaccine (1st and 2nd shots).
Medical Readiness:
 Be sure to stay aware of your Medical Readiness by checking NRRM
(https://nrrm.nrre.navy.mil/Nrrm.Web/Modules/Shell/Shell.aspx) or going to your Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) Status in
BUPERS Online (https://www.bol.navy.mil/) and proactively take care of any issues.
EPHA:
 Go to NOSC Medical SharePoint (https://private.navyreserve.navy.mil/rcc/NRSE_JAX/Atlanta/Pages/NOSC-ATLANTA-
MEDICAL-PAGE-(NEW).aspx) for link for the Periodic Health Assessment (PHA). This needs to be completed prior to going
to NOSC ATL to see the NOSC HM Staff / medical provider.
Dental:
 If you have had a dental exam within the last five (5) months from your civilian dentist, please send your dentist a DD2813 form
and return to NOSC ATL Medical (noscatlantamedhelpdesk@navy.mil). The form can be found in the N9 Readiness page.
