We will peel the shrimp independently leaving the tail part. In a bowl, mix the flour with
the garlic powder, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. In another container we beat
the eggs and in another we put the powder to bread.
We heat enough olive oil in a frying pan to cover the shrimp, when it is already hot, we
coat the shrimp one by one, first passing them through the flour, then through the
beaten egg, then through the powder to bread and finally fry them in the pan
Remove and drain when they are golden brown, put them on absorbent paper to
remove excess oil and then we can serve. Take them to the table with your favorite
sauces or with some lemon wedges. They are delicious !!
