Sub : SRP running in programme for well no.KNGR-004

1. R/I pump barrel (2.25”) along with the tubing string and adjust its depth at 1430 mts ,bell bottom shoe
at 1480 mts and 2 7/8” GLV Mandrel with NRV fitted at 790 mts from surface. The tubing string is
to be go-gauged while running in.
2. Test the pump barrel on the rig floor at 1500 psi before running in the production tubing.
3. Test the hermiticity of the string at 100 ksc. before running in the plunger.
4. .R/I pump plunger (2.25”) in the following sequence
a. 23 no 7/8” S/rods followed by a 7/8X3/4” C/over
b. 37 no 3/4” s/rods
c. 1 no 3/4” R/guide (60)
d. 7 no 3/4” S/rods
e. 1 no 3/4” R/guide (67)
f. 11 no 3/4” S/rods
g. 1 no 3/4” R/guide (78)
h. 04 no 3/4” S/rods
i. 1 no 3/4” R/guide (82)
j. 18 no 3/4” S/rods followed by a 3/4"x7/8” C/over
k. 88 nos. of 7/8” Sucker rods or till rest.
5. Attach polish rod to the sucker rod string and space out the string with the help of pony rods so that
approximately 01 mt. length of polish rod projects out of stuffing box.
6. Displace the entire well volume fluid with fresh water.
7. Test the pump at 60 ksc in presence of representative of ALS-Jhalora.
