VA - RPO Section
We are looking for Management Trainees/Professionals for NIGHT SHIFT to join our growing
Professional Services team. This candidate MUST be someone who is energetic, intelligent,
intellectually curious and creative, with a strong work ethic and a good sense of humor. The ideal
candidate will also feel comfortable multi-tasking and working in an “urgent”, client-centric
environment.
We are looking for a candidate who have;

 Intellect: Can understand the problem, translate and express ideas in clear and readable code,
has analytical and logical mind.

 Expertise: Knowledge and experience for solving client's problems in the specific context with
chosen technologies.

 Potential: Has professional goals, good learning skills, curiosity, and adaptability and performs
constant self-correction.

Qualifications
• Candidate with HR background and will be preferred if have experience in direct-hire placement
agency / staffing services / executive search firm.

• MBA/MHRM/BBM or relevant degree

• Excellent written, verbal and diplomacy skills

• Solid time management skills, with an unbelievably strong ability to multi-task

• Should be comfortable working in night shift

• Expert skills with manipulating numbers and charts in Excel, Power Point and Ms-Word

• A high degree of finesse while working in a fast-paced client driven environment

• PC experience with expert knowledge of the Microsoft suite of applications as well as solid Internet
research skills.

• Experience with data analysis, online research, recruitment and HR domain will be an extra
advantage.
