Invitation of Tender and Detailed Technical & Financial Proposal for SUPPLY &
INSTALLATION OF WIRELESS (Wi-Fi) & NETWORKING OF THE CAMPUS

Km. Mayawati Govt. Girls P.G. College proposes to supply & install wireless (Wi-Fi) &
networking at the college campus. The vendor should develop integrated supply & install wireless
& networking which should fulfill the requirements of the college & which is developed with
reliable technology.

1. Eligibility Criteria

A. The firm should be Centre / State Government Agency / Department / Autonomous

body or Original Manufacturer / reputed firm. The Bidder shall be registered with
appropriate authority such as Registrar of Companies/ Firms/ Partnership Firms.

B. The bidder must have Income tax, Service Tax, Trade tax registration, and a valid PAN,
TIN & Service tax no, copy of these is to be submitted along with the bid.

C. The Bidder must submit last Thee Year Financial Balance Sheet

D. The Bidder should not be under a Declaration of Ineligibility or blacklisted with any of
the Government/ Public sector unit Agencies/ University / educational institute/ Board
/Council.

E. The bids must be complete in all respects and should cover the entire scope of
work as stipulated in the tender document.

F. Bidder should have adequate infrastructures & capabilities to satisfactorily execute the
network & AMC contract.

G. The bidder should submit all documentary evidences in support of the eligibility
criteria.

H. Failure of submission of any of the documents in Technical Proposal

will get the bid rejected as non-responsive. The college will have the
option to treat some documents as mandatory/optional in the interest of
the college.

2. The Scope of the Work Includes:

1. Km. Mayawati Govt. Girls P.G. College proposes to supply & install wireless (Wi-Fi) &
networking at the college campus. The vendor should develop integrated supply & install
wireless & networking which should fulfill the requirements of the college & which is
developed with reliable technology.

2. The bidder shall be responsible for providing all materials, equipments and services
specified herein or otherwise which are required to fulfill the requirement as well as
ensuring operability, maintainability, and reliability of all the equipments covered under
this tender within the bidder’s quoted price. The quantities for the passive components
mentioned in the tender are the estimates. The bidder may quote and include in their bill of
quantities any components, which they deem necessary for successful implementation of
the project.

3. Quantities of the passive components mentioned in the tender are indicative and therefore
may vary as per actual requirements.

4. The bidder should also quote separately for a comprehensive AMC beyond warranty period
of three years.

5. Implementation & Trainings of Networks

6. Supply, Testing and Installation of Servers, Computers LAN Setup etc

7. Installation & Configuration of Network

8. Provide Internet Connectivity as per the plan finalized by the college

9. Provide three year warranty & Maintenance supports

10. Three year warranty and maintenance cost (if any) should be included in the price of items.

11. One technical person has to present in campus until the system starts to function fully and
later on once a week for smooth running of the wi-fi

12. Onsite one day training workshop will be arranged to train faculty members

13. Bank Gurantee-5% of the total cost of tender will be deposited as bank guarantee and that
will be returned after 3 years.

14. Broadband rental will be paid extra as per the plan selected by college on monthly basis.

5. Terms & Conditions of Tender

1. Bidders should submit Tender with Detailed Technical & Commercial Proposal for the
supply & installation wireless networking & internet connectivity before last date of
submission of bid, & bids received after last date will be rejected.

2. The technical proposals will be first opened and scrutinized by the committee and only
those firms which qualify the basic technical requirement of the college will be short
listed for getting their financial proposal opened.

3. All expenses incurred in connection with the above shall be borne by the bidder.

4. The desired specifications are given if required the same may be amended/ up graded at the
time of placing purchase order

5. The technical proposal must mention the specifications as per the Hardware/Software
Requirements and indicate that the firm is ready to supply the required specification or
upgraded one by indicating “Yes / No” in the respective column of technical proposal.

6. The rate quoted must be inclusive of all charges and taxes, whatsoever is applicable on
supply of quoted equipment and development of software. It would be the responsibility of
the successful Bidders to install the equipment at respective sites and no extra charges will be
paid on that account.

7. All the equipment should be as per tender sheet & Three year warranty and Maintenance
provide free of cost by bidder.

8. The bidder will have to deposit an EMD of Rs. 10000=00 in the form of FDR/draft pledged
in favor of “Principal, Km. Mayawati Govt. Girls P. G. College, Badalpur (G.B Nagar)”,
With the Technical Bid

9. For successful bidder the EMD/ FDR will be refunded/ released after the complete of work.
The successful bidder must execute an agreement with college as per college purchase
procedures. Maintenance, payment & all the terms & conditions on judiciary stamp papers
which will be binding on both college & Bidder.

10. The validity of the quotation should be for a minimum of 120 days.

11. The prices once finalized will remain unaltered during the contract period

12. Quoted Rates or P O Prices will be valid till the compellation of the work, College can
purchase any item on same rate up to one year.

13. All the relevant details are to be given in the bids with necessary proof.

14. The Principal, Km. Mayawati Govt. Girls P. G. College, Badalpur (G.B Nagar) will have
the final authority to accept/ reject the offer of any bidder without assigning any reasons.

 15. All disputes are to be settled within the jurisdiction of Gautam Budha Nagar Courts only.

16. Tender Should be Submitted or Send to” The Principal , K M Govt. Girls Post Graduate
College, Badalpur (G.B Nagar) U. P. ” on or before last date of submission of Tender

6. Submission of Technical & Financial proposal

The Proposal should contain the following:

Technical & Financial proposal should be submitted in different sealed covers clearly mentioning
“Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” respectively. Further these two covers should be
enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to “The Principal, Km. Mayawati Govt. Girls P. G.
College, Badalpur (G.B Nagar)”- super scribing “Proposal for the supply & installation wireless
(Wi-Fi) & networking of campus”

Technical Proposal Should contain (Sl. No.-3-EMD detail &Sl. No. 4-Compliance sheet)
1. Brief profile of the company & Supporting Document for Satisfying eligibility criteria

2. Technical architecture & Hardware requirement Configuration & Compliances. & Makes

3. Indicate recommendations for the required supporting software & Hardware.

4. Experience, capabilities of the bidders etc.

5. Necessary documentation must be provided as proof of satisfaction with Technical

Proposal

6. Any other relevant information.

7. EMD in the form of FDR/Draft (Rs. 10000=00)

Financial Proposal should Contains

The financial Proposal should contain prices of supply & installation of wireless networking &
internet connectivity etc. Inclusive of all taxes & duties with three years Maintenance Free of cost,
FOR to the Km. Mayawati Govt. Girls P. G. College, Badalpur (G.B Nagar), U.P., INDIA.
