VIRTUAL FAIR GUIDE

HOW TO FIX, CONFIRM OR DECLINE B2B MEETINGS

STEP 1: CLICK ON https://virtualfair.it/login/fiera/46

This procedure authenticates the user in the selected Virtual Fair.


1. insert e-mail (you have received an e-mail with the user and password)
2. insert password (you have received an e-mail with the user and password)
3. click on “Buyer” if you are a buyer, click on “Company” if you are the Italian Producer.
4. click on “Enter”

STEP 2: As you are already logged in the Virtual Fair Platform, CLICK “AGENDA”

STEP 3: REQUEST, CONFIRM OR DELETE MEETINGS


• you can confirm or decline a meeting that you have received;
• you can select and invite a company for a business meeting;
You will receive an email with the request, the confirmation or the cancellation of the
meetings. Each action will be followed by a reminder email.

STEP 4: HOW TO JOIN TO MEETING: you have 2 options to join to the meeting.
1. JOIN BY CONFIRMATION E-MAIL: you will receive the confirmation e-mail with all
details of the meeting, just click on the link.

2. JOIN BY PLATFORM VIRTUAL FAIR: https://virtualfair.it/, select Fair, login, click on


“Agenda” and click on “MEETING” in your agenda.

Please do not hesitate to contact the Virtual Fair Staff, if you need further clarifications or queries on this matter.
You will need a device such as a computer, a tablet or a smartphone with internet access. You should pay
special attention to your internet connection. We recommend you to use the connection speed of no less than 1
Mbps. We also recommend you to close all applications that could influence the connection speed, such as
Skype, Torrent downloads, etc.
