Participation is open to all public and private Junior High Schools. On the otherhend, Participants from the public and private elementary sch areools are those who excel in the District Level Skills Competition. The schedule of registration shall be on October 10-14, 2016 at Davao City NHS. While the Solidarity Meeting of Event Administrators, Coaches, Judges and Technical Working Group ‘members shall be on October 14, 2016 at Piedad CES Gymn. Tabulators are advised to bring their laptops and pocket wifi for the dry run. Education Program Supervisors, District Supervisars, School heads and District EPP/TLE Coordinators are acvised to attend during the competition on October 21, 2016, Expenses relative to the said activity from school and/or district up to the Division level Shall be charged against school MODE or any local funds subject to the government usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Memo No. 5.2016 | PARTICIPANTS Implementing Guidelines for the 2016 Skills Exhibition DIVISION TECHNOLYMPICs 1, The 2016 Division Technolympics will showcase marketable products end performances in the diferent skills acquired by the students/pupils in the verious specializations of Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE), Technical Vocational Education (TVE) and Edukasyong Pantahanan at Pengkabuhayan (EPP). This is open to all bona fide public and private Junior High School students and Grade 4-6 pupils in, SY 2016-2017 who excel in the School/District level competitions respectively. 1.1. MECHANICS: 2.1.1 The 2016 TLE/TVE/EPP Division Technolympics shall be participated in by bona fide students/punils enralled in public and private elementary and high schools during the school year 2016-2017, 2.1.2 The school principal shail certify that the pupils/students are enrolled in the field of specialization where they are participating; 2.1.3 The Teacher Coach/Adviser must submit the following documents: ‘+ Certification from the principal that the teacher is currently employed with permanent status; + Certification from the principal regarding the teacher's designation as the adviser of the student-participant. A Teacher Coach/Adviser shall have ONE EVENT to coach, 2.2 Skills Exhibition Each Cluster/District shall identify the participants per event as specified in the event packages. 2.2.1 Participant may only join in one event. 2.3 Bazaar (Junior High School Only) 2.3.1 All participating schools (secondary only) are required to display their best products and performances before the opening program. However, the Division will ‘choose only one entry for each product and service to participate in the search for the most enterprising award. Each school shall assign two TLE/TVE students who are not participating in the skills exhibition to market their products/performances within the exhibit booth area. 2.3.2 All items in the exhibit area must be offered for sale. 2.3.3 All products/services offered/displayed in the Bazaar are produced/rendered by the TLE or TVE students as certified by the school head. 2.3.4 The points earned/rank in the Bazaar exhibit shall be part of the over-all champion 2.4 Mechanics of Judging ~Skills Exhibition and Declaration of Winners. 2.4.1 The products and performances of participants in all events shall be judged by three members of the Board of Judges composed of experts, practitioners, service providers or professionals. 2.4.2 Judges will use the prepared score sheets for both products and performances.
