and it lead to economic problems. This pandemic shake the many lives of the world and it became worst and worst mostly to
our country. What shall we do to protect us from having covid-19, I will give you some information and tips on how to prevent
covid-19.

Adults should focus on getting between six to eight hours a sleep a night. Sleep in a dark room and keep a regular bedtime
