ACCOUNT BALANCE REPORT

We use this opportunity to remind both undergraduate and graduate students that your account statement detailing
your account transaction and outstanding balance is available through the online student portal. To view your
account statement from the Student Portal, you may proceed as follows.

 If you have not been barred

o From the Student’s Reports report drop list, select the Account Balance Information or
Account Transactions option to view the relevant details.

 If you have been barred due to an outstanding balance

o Select the View Outstanding Balance or View Account Transactions links on the message
page displayed when the Student page is selected to view the relevant reports.

It is important that you visit the portal on a regular basis to view your account statement, which highlights your
financial obligation to the University. Therefore, we urge you to pay your fees before the due date, and ensure that all
payments and invoices are accurately applied to your account.
