1. A 150mm thick HCS slab with 6 strands at the bottom was subjected to a load test at Teenage Builders' Casa Grande Project worksite.
2. Over the course of two days, the slab was loaded in increments up to a maximum of 10.37 kN/m2 (313 bags at 7825kg) and deflections were measured.
3. At the maximum load, cracks formed at three places near the ends and sides of the slab. Deflection readings stabilized around 15.5mm after cracking occurred.
