MEDAPOXY PRIMER AC
Anti-corrosion primer epoxy

MEDAPOXY PRIMER AC is a two-component epoxy - The metal surfaces should be scoured by
resin system consisting of: sandblasting, shotblasting or with an abrasive
- Component A: Resin disc.
- Component B: Hardener - MEDAPOXY PRIMER is applied in only one
layer.
USE
MIXING
- Anti-corrosion primer on all metal supports Complete all preparations before starting the mixing
sequence and prepare only the quantity of mix that
can be used during this time.
PROPERTIES It is very important to properly mix the two
components of MEDAPOXY PRIMER AC in order to

DIRECTIONS FOR USE containers when stored in a dry environment at
temperatures of 5°C to 35ºC.
CONDITIONS OF USE
- Do not to apply when temperature is below 10°C
or above 30°C.
- Relative humidity must be lower than 80%.

SURFACE PREPARATION
- Surfaces receiving MEDAPOXY PRIMER AC
must be dry, clean and free from nonadherent
parts. All oil, grease, paintings or other stains

PRECAUTIONS
Epoxydic resins can irritate the skin and the mucous
membranes. Consequently, it is advised to wear
rubber gloves during the use.
In case of skin or eye contact flush with plenty of
water and take medical advice..
After use clean the tools using an epoxy solvent
(MEDILUPOX).

REFERENCE DOCUMENTS:
For the reception of the supports, their preparation
and the conditions for application, the applicator
must refer to standard NF P 74-203/DTU 59-3. ISO
