ANNOTATION:
I coordinate with the parents with regards to the needs of my learner. I give intervention activities in which may
help the learner enhance and develop the skills which we found difficult. Regular monitoring of the intervention
activities given to the learner through communication with the parents. Giving reading materials will be a great
help in developing the learner’s phonological awareness.

numeracy. I believe that if the skill was continuously monitored the learner may enhanced her knowledge in
numeracy. I give the learner activity sheet that contain addition of numbers.

ANNOTATION:
*Some activities from the module was changed and simplified in order for the learners achieve the necessary
competencies that they need to attain. Some activities in the module were too long and too complicated for the
learners.
*LEARNING OUTPUTS . additional activities that will enhance the learnings and mastery of the lesson.
*I modified the learning task so that we can assess properly if the learners learn the lesson and attain the
competencies we have.

see and hear the lesson rather than just reading it. This will boost the interest that allows eagerness and
interest of learners in learning the lesson.
I downloaded the video and send it to parents so that their children may watch it as support in their lesson.

The teacher made modified activity sheet to simplify the topic so that the
learners will easily identify what is cause and what is effect. This modified
teacher made test was designed to help learners attain the necessary
competency that they need to understand. We simplify it so the learners can
understand and answer the activities easier.

Teacher’s Feedback on Students Work
Student’s performance task and artworks were given appreciation and positive feedback and
appreciation so that learners will boost their creativity and confidence in doing such works
ANNOTATION:
Teacher’s feedback is important to boost the interest of the learners. Appreciation of their artwork is very
helpful. This will enhance their initiative to their task more beautiful and with passion. Showing them that
there is a value in the things they do will enhance and boost their confidence to study well.

*The parent/s during the distribution and retrieval of modules following the safety protocols. Reminding the
parents often on the safety protocols while they are in the school vicinity will help everyone safe and Covid free.
Being cheerful to parents when dealing with them in getting and returning of modules is important.
