 This Webinar/training teaches us how to response to the needs of learners in our present situation. We are
aware of the present situation wherein there is no face to face classes and the only thing we use is by using
module and creation of learning videos in which our learners may use on their convenience. This training
develop our skills of providing the necessary materials needed in the teaching and learning process

REFLECT
We are now facing challenges in our chosen field as
facilitators of learning. Due to the present day situation this
Learning Delivery Modality (LDM) Course 2 enable us to enhance
our skills in providing contextualized and conceptualized learning
resources and materials that our learners may use at their own
comfort. This also guide us on the proper way on how we can
reach and attain the competencies that each learner must know
despite of the pandemic.
This course also allow us to identify and monitor our
learners even we are using distant learning and provide them
appropriate reinforcement or follow ups so that they will not be left
behind. This course also taught us and enhanced our knowledge
in modification of learning resources and materials by adjusting
the learning task base on the level of understanding of our
learners. Simplification and using alternative task will also be
great help to attain the necessary competencies in every lesson
or subject.
And lastly, this course enable us to discover skills that we
have our own potential in enhancing and developing teaching and
learning process more effective and specific.
