AGREEMENT TO SELL SUBDIVISION LOT

(Sample Only)

This Agreement is entered into this n____th day of October, 2017, between Mr. and Mrs.
Diosdado Calimag herein after stated as the ”Vendor” and Ms. Ma. Lina Vita B. Amores
herein after stated as the “Vendee”.

1. That for and in consideration of the sum of (2,500,000.00) Two Million five Hundred
Thousand Pesos only,

The Vendor hereby sell their conjugally owned real property which is described as follows:

“A House and Lot under TCT No. 123456789 situated at New Urban Subdivision
at Barangay Kanhuraw Hills, Tacloban City, including all improvements, furnitures
and furnishings presently existing.

2. The Vendor also certify that the said real property is Free from all Liens and
incumbrances and is therefore updated in the yearly Real Property Tax to both the Lot and
Building.

3. The Vendee hereby accept the Sale of the Real Property with the following mode of
payments.

The First payment of (500,000.00) Five Hundred Thousand Pesos shall be paid
upon the Signing of this contract Agreement.

The remaining amount shall be paid Monthly for Fourty Eight (48) Months in equal
parts As amortized at the fixed amount of (41,666.67) Fourty One Thousand Six
Hundred Sixty Six & 67/100 Pesos Only.

4. The Vendor herby agreed that He and all members of the family will vacate the said
Real Property within One Month after the Signing of the Contract Agreement and the
acceptance of the First Payment, to give way for the Vendee to relocate her family
members in her newly acquired Property.

5. The Vendee also agree to Faithfully deliver the Monthly payment on time in a System
which will be convenient to both Parties. Delay or Failure or neglect of Payment in every
month will incur a Penalty and Interest of 1/10 of 1% per day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Agreement at the day and
year first stated above. Both Parties with their respective Witnesses hereby affix our
signature above the respective names and address.
