- Stretch everyday My needs: - I need a space to record my first draft of my dance - I need to meet with my friend to teach her - I need to start setting a time out of my day to stretch Any obstacles: - Not being able to fit time into my day for this project and all my other things going on in my life - Loosing focus Summary of progress - I’ve put together 90% of my dance and stretch daily. I’ve filled more of my mood charts out and i’m starting to see how dance affects my mood. - I’ve seen that dance makes me happier and I sleep much better. Eating is easier and I don’t wake up all sore. It’s nice to see the progress.
