Evidence: Consolidation activity

Stage 1: “A summary of my day”

A. What to do?

Write a text summarizing one of your regular days and add images to support
the description.

Morning Afternoon Evening


On Monday, I usually get up at 4.30 am, make some coffee and turn on my
laptop to surf the web looking for information related to my personal
projects. At 5.00 am I study English on the SENA website. At 6.00 a.m. I
usually prepare breakfast, brush my teeth, and read the news while I am
having breakfast. Then, I sometime take a shower and get dressed at 6.40
am. I I always walk to work at 6.45 am. At noon, at 12.30 pm, I have lunch
with my coworkers at the vessel’s lounge area. Later, I go back to work at
1.00 pm. When I finish work, I go back home at 4.30 pm. I arrive there at
4.45 pm. Then, around 5.00 I go jogging. At 6.00 p.m. I go back home and
take a shower. At 7.00 pm, my wife and I make dinner and help our
children with their homework. After that, from 8.00 to 10.00 pm, I watch
TV. Finally, I go to bed at 10.00 pm.

My last vacation
My name is Danilo Navarro and this is
my family. In this picture we are at the
beach in Cartagena de Indias, where
the weather is always very warm and
sunny.

The man in the picture is me. I am


wearing a white long-sleeved Polo shirt
and grey Bermuda shorts. The woman
is my wife, Georgina. She is wearing a
white blouse and white polka-dots
black shorts. The boy is my son,
Gerardo. He is wearing Bermuda
shorts and a long-sleeved shirt. The
little girl is my daughter Diana, she is
wearing a green dress.
