Standard Machine Cleaning Procedures

စက္ပစၥည္း သန့္ရွင္းေရး စံ နမူ နာ နည္းလမ္းမ်ား

1. Remove site caps, threaded plates and remove all old oil.
၁. ေဘးစြပ္မ်ား၊ ခ်ည္ခံ ၿပားမ်ား ၊ ဆီေဟာင္းမ်ား စြန့္ပစ္ရန္။

2. Clean every places of machine by using compressed air

၂. စက္ပစၥည္း၏ ေနရာမ်ားအား ကြန္ပရက္စာထဲရွိ ဖိအားမ်ားေသာ ေလၿဖင့္ သန့္ရွင္းရန္။

3. Change the Oil filter

၃. ဆီစစ္မ်ား လဲေပးရန္။

4. Check the career hooks

၄. လု ပ္င န္းသံ ု း ခ်ိတ္မ်ား စစ္ေဆးရန္။

5. Check the oil functioning inside the machine

၅. စက္အ တြင္းရွိ အလု ပ္ လု ပ္ေနေသာ ဆီမ်ား စစ္ေဆးရန္။

6. Check the machine table condition

၆. စက္ခံ ု အေၿခအေန စစ္ေဆးရန္။

7. Change the damage parts if available

၇. အဆင္သင့္လွ်င္ ပ်က္စီးေသာ အပို င္းမ်ား ၿပဳၿပင္ေပးရန္။
8. Check the belt whether it is wear off
၈. စက္လည္ပတ္ရန္ တပ္ဆ င္ထားေသာ သားေရပတ္မ်ား ၿပဳတ္ထြက္ၿခင္း ရွိ /မရွိ စစ္ေဆးရန္။

9. Check the condition of motor

၉. ေမာ္တာ အေၿခအေနအား စစ္ေဆးရန္။
10. Check the machine stand and caster wheels
၁၀. စက္စင္ နွင့္ စက္ခံ တြင္တပ္ထားေသာ ဘီးမ်ားအား စစ္ေဆးရန္။
