The Performance Tasks:


For Modular Learners:
The learners are expected to fill out a personal information sheet and withdrawal slip.
They are also expected to develop a short write-up which aims to explain the unfamiliar
terms to influence the youth with the importance of agriculture and entrepreneurship. The
learners are also expected to apply the divisibility rules in finding the factors of numbers.

GOAL:

The learner fills out a bio data sheet and a withdrawal slip to attend an agricultural
training for young entrepreneurs.

After the discussion, the learner applies the rules in determining divisibility of
numbers by 2, 5, 10 and 3, 6, 9 in real-life settings.

The learner then creates a short write-up about explaining the unfamiliar terms in
agricultural entrepreneurship.
ROLE:
You are a young entrepreneur and influencer who wants to venture and promote agri-
business.

AUDIENCE:
Learner’s family members and immediate community members.

SITUATION:
The pandemic challenged the financial aspect of your family but because of the
entrepreneurial skills you have learned in EPP (Edukasyong Pantahanan at
Pangkabuhayan), you were able to help your parents earn an income to support your family’s
daily needs. During the quarantine period, you observed that there is a great demand for
agricultural products and you wanted to venture in this field of business. As you browse the
internet for information, you come across an invitation for young entrepreneurs to an Agri-
business Training conducted by the Department of Agriculture RFO XII. You filled out the
attached participant’s information sheet and paid for the training registration fee of Php
200.00. After the training, you received the following packs of vegetable seeds for free:

1 pack of squash seeds = 54 pcs

1 pack of tomato seeds = 558 pcs

1 pack of okra seeds = 144 pcs

Before the training ended, you pledged a commitment to DA RFO XII to share the
vegetable seeds with 3 families in Purok Masagana, 6 families in Purok Masipag, and 9
families in Purok Maunlad and help promote agriculture to your fellow youth.

PRODUCT:

repack the vegetable seeds into packets of 3, 6, and 9 to share them with your immediate
community.

After these, you need to develop a vlog, offline interactive presentation , or short write
up to explain the unfamiliar terms encountered in your training to inform and influence your
fellow youth to apply the skills learned in EPP (Agriculture and ICT/Entrepreneurship)to help
their families go through this pandemic.

After these you are going to write a short write up to explain the unfamiliar terms
encountered about agriculture and to promote its importance

The learners are expected to make a product out of the materials (ceramics, plastic,
fabric, wood or metal) which are useful in their respective home or in school by always
observing the safety precautions such as wearing gloves, keeping away sharp materials or
