ZF-C12
Is recommended 1.For printing on absorbent fibers.
2.For levelness with low solids print paste.
3.Ford definition with low solid print paste.
4.Where no”Wet on Wet” Over printing involed.
Typical
Product Solid Content of thickening Low

Solution
Typical 5% viscosity (sequestered) 88.000 cps
Prepation
1.Stock Thickening :
Recipe Wt (g)
HV 60
Sequasterant 10
Water to .... 1000

A sequesterant such as sodium hexametaphosphate

is recommended.
Organicc sequestrant like EDTA are not suitable because they
Will interact with metal – containing dyestuffs.
aA presservative shouldb be included if the stock thickening is to be
stored more than 2 – 3 days.

2.Prosedure
1. Dissolvethe squesternt in col water.
2. Add the ZF-C12 gradually to the sequstered water using
A high speed stirrer
3. Continues stirring untill a smooth solution obtained.
3. Print Paste :
Typical 400 – 500 g of thickening is used to make 1 kilo of print paste.
ZF-C12 stock thickening may also be used as the water
Phase of oil in water “half emulsion” thickening”

ZF-C12 is compatible with anionic and non – ionic dyes and

textile auxiliaries.
