A RESOLUTION FOR THE NEW SIGNATORIES

OF THE BANK ACCOUNT OF CSBO

October 20, 2021

Resolution No. 002 A.Y. 2021-2022

WHEREAS, for the academic year 2021-2022, the new officers and adviser of the
Criminology Student Body Organization who were approved to transact and whose
signatures appear in the CSBO Account at Capitol Savings and Loans Cooperative
(CASALCO).

WHEREAS, that the new signatories of the CSBO Account who are authorized to
transact withdrawals with the bank are: (1) ELJEAN MAE D. CAHANAP (2) JOEBELL
Q. VILLANUEVA, and (3) MELLA MARIE C. BETOYA. Below are their names and
signatures, to wit:

The following resolutions were duly considered and ratified:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the College of Criminology Dean, Ms. Mary

Claudette L. Bacas, and the CSBO Adviser, Ms. Eljean Mae D. Cahanap, have
endorsed the additional signatories. It was hereby permitted for use in all departmental
activities and events, as well as other transactions as considered necessary.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the President of CSBO is hereby allowed to commence

the budget approval process under the supervision of the CSBO adviser and to
complete all necessary steps in the process.

I HEREBY CERTIFY the legality and ratification of the aforementioned resolution.
