What I can Do

1.Structure: Church

Their teachings make me became more faithful servant of God.

2.Structure: Education

I became more knowledgeable about the world I live in. I learn a lot of skills and attitudes that
helps in my personal growth and development.

3.Structure: Community

They have taught me to distance myself to people sometimes for not all are real and genuine.
Some are helpful in my personal growth and development.

4.Structure: Barkada/Friends

They have taught me to still believe even I felt like I'm giving up.

5.Structure: Family

They help me to become the best version of myself to show my true and unique self for they
accept me as who I am.

1. Cutting nails at night is dangerous.

2. Girls should not take a bath when having their period.

3.There is a belief that you should not comb your hair at night for your parents will die.

4.There is a belief that Respecting the Elementals is needed by saying tabi-tabi po.

5.SWEEPING AT NIGHT IS ‘MALAS’

1. I disregard it by means cutting nails at night.

2. I didn’t follow it and took a bath for it is very uncomfortable for me.

3.I comb hair at night even though they say it’s not good.
4.I disregard it by not saying it whenever we go to unfamiliar places.

5.I still sweep at night especially if there are a lot of dust.

1.Family-They influenced on how I think and behave since I am a family -oriented person. I
value my family the most. My parents as a very hands-on parents that is authoritative in their
approach is something that contributes to a better me following their advices and commands as I
continue to conquer the world that is full of ups and downs. But there are times that I tend to not
follow their advices especially when I am influenced by some friends.

2.Friends-They affect the way on how I think and behave since I spent a lot of time and
memories with them. They are my second home and my second my family. Lucky to have
friends who are very supportive, caring, kind, goal oriented and god-fearing. There are also some
bad influences coming from them making me do bad things.

3.Religion -It creates a great influence in me for it serves as my guide to uphold the highest
moral standards of being a good person. There are times that I forgot to give everything up to the
Lord

4.Education-It fills up my mind about the knowledge that I needed to survive this world and
harness the talents and skills within me. It helps me to build a good, intelligent strong character
that is ready to face trials no matter what life throws in me. It cures ignorance. Sometimes I
forgot its importance especially when I am too stressed of school works.
