Hello,

Thanks so much for concern my account. We have recieved the email


and know that the on-time shipping rate and valid tracking rate is low.
We have made a deep reflection on this problem and reported it to the
shipping department and warehouse.

I re-read the requirements for valid tracking rate and on-time shipping rate
in the help center. And noted that some carriers were not suitable for use.
We apologize for not recognizing this problem sooner. We assure you that
this kind of serious problem won't happen again.

We will use UPS and USPS as much as possible, and FedEX


occasionally. In order to ensure the on-time shipping rate and valid
tracking rate.

We are also planning to use WFS after. In the future operation, we will
use WFS service in the company's development plan to ensure delivery
timeliness.
