7 Mr. Gilbert Enopia at exactly 8:30 am , it was then followed by the Presentation of the
8 house rules, conference agenda declaration of quorum after attendance check.

107GENERAL Guidelines for students who prefer the SELF-LEARNING MODULE

109 1. Each student shall be given one module per subject per week. There will be 9
110 modules per week.
111 2. Students are advised not to write anything in the module. Use separate sheets for
112 the answers.
113 3. Those who prefer modular have no access to internet by any means. Means of
114 communication is text or call only.
115 4. It is expected that in each Unit topic, a summative written assessment will be
116 given.

120 1. Parents shall retrieve the printed materials for all subject areas from the class
121 adviser and shall submit the Learners output on the same day following the
122 schedule provided.
123 2. Only parents / guardians and or representatives are allowed to make transactions
124 in the school. No learner shall be allowed to claim, retrieve, and or submit
125 outputs.
126 3. Health and safety protocols shall be strictly adhered.
127 4. There shall be no interaction with the teacher, learners shall do self-paced, self-
128 directed learning.
129 5. Outputs shall be submitted in any of the agreed platform (not necessary to have
130 continuous internet connectivity)
131 6. Requires only a minimal mobile data to OPEN for downloading of the learner’s
132 materials and uploading of outputs.

134 B. Mechanism in the Distribution and Collection of Answer Sheets

136 - Modules must be retrieved on the scheduled time, since teachers have still other
137 things to do aside from module distribution. However, for emergency cases, if
138 retrieving the modules is not possible due to extreme valid reasons, parents shall
139 contact the teacher/s concerned.

141 - Upon submission, make sure that the exercises contained in the modules and / or
142 activity sheets and are duly accomplished. Corresponding answer sheets must
143 also be checked to make sure that there are responses in every item.

145 - Keep and maintain close coordination with all the teachers in the class to monitor
146 the performance of the learners.

148 Online Distance Learning (ODL)

151 1. Each subject shall have two hours per week for synchronous learning.
152 2. The remaining hours will be spent for asynchronous.
153 3. Teachers are required to respond to queries of students during class hours, from 8-
154 12 and 1-5, except when the teacher is conducting synchronous learning.
155 4. Students will expect that their queries will only be answered by the respective
156 subject teacher only during office hours. Teachers need also to take a rest during
157 off hours.
158 5. Students are expected to finish or submit class work as scheduled by the subject
159 teacher. If failed to submit on the deadline, class work will pile up as days go on.
160 A deduction of score is expected for late submission.
161 6. It is expected that in each Unit topic, a summative online assessment will be
162 given.
163 7. ATTIRE: Students must wear any semi-formal attire (no sleeveless or any other
164 provocative dresses)
165 8. Tardiness and absences (synchronous): Present excuse letter signed by parents.

176 1. Supervise and monitor the screen time of the learners. The American
177 Optometric Association recommends :
178 ü 20/20/20 rule - look away from the screen every 20 minutes
179 and focus on an object at least 20 feet away for at least 20
180 seconds.
181 ü children should walk away from the screen for at least 10
182 minutes every hour.
183 2. Members of the family shall be engaged to provide learners with
184 instructional support as needed in the absence of a classroom teacher.
185 3. Retrieval of Lerner’s Modules and submission of outputs shall be done
186 by the parents, guardians and or authorized representative.

188 provided by the parents.

260 This is Responsible Parenthood Reproductive Health Act which its
261 general purpose of sex education is to inform youth on topics including
262 sex, sexuality and bodily development. Quality sex education can lead to
263 better prevention in STDs and unwanted pregnancy. Furthermore, it
264 decreases the risks of having unsafe sex and increases responsible family
265 planning.

267 The government integrated sex education into the public-school
268 curriculum for students ages 10 to 19 and Bais City National High School
269 is one.
270 The government passed the RH Act in response to the many health issues
271 impacting the country, such as infant mortality, pregnancy-related deaths
272 and a rise in HIV/AIDS cases. Moreover, teen pregnancies in the
273 Philippines are common, where 9% of women between the ages of 15 and
274 19 start child bearing.

277 Mental Health, defined by World Health Organization (WHO) , is “a

311 Weekly Iron Folic Acid supplementation is a collaborative activity
312 between the Department of Health and Department of Education. It shall
313 be a nationwide routine activity to be simultaneously for all Grade 7-10
314 female learners in public high schools and in Alternative Learning System
315 (ALS).

318 1. Reduce the prevalence and severity of anemia to Female
319 Adolescent Learners in Public High Schools and ALS students per
320 barangay
321 2. Improve the Iron count of adolescent girls by providing weekly
322 supplements and biannual treatment of parasites.
323 3. Administer the Weekly Iron Folic Acid (WIFA) for Female
324 Adolescent Learners in Public High Schools and ALS students per
325 barangay.
