Description of the Service: Pursuant to Section 4 of PD 1586 known as “ESTABLISHING
AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT SYSTEM INCLUDING OTHER
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT RELATED MEASURES AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES”, Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) shall be secured for any such
environmentally critical projects
