Treatment Program
Phoenix Rehab Services Private Ltd is a premier rehab for alcohol and drug addiction. Clients
(men and women) come for treatment from all over India and abroad (USA, UK, South Africa,
Canada, Australia, Bangladesh, Dubai, Oman, Maldives, Singapore, Somalia, etc). The treat-
ment is based on the WHO-approved 12-Steps program, which is proven to be the most
effective treatment for addiction. Our team consists of Psychiatrist, De-addiction Therapists,
General Physician, Psychologists, Resident Nurse and Yoga Master.

The duration of the treatment program is for a minimum period of 90 days . Persons with dual
diagnosis (addiction + psychiatric problem) may require a longer stay.

We take utmost care of sensitive issues of the client to respect their anonymity and
personal dignity.

Requirements
The affected person must be medically stable with no major problems; fit enough to stay in a
rehab facility since ours is not a hospital.

The client should be admitted by a family member and ensure availability for 3-4 days during
the withdrawal period to be able to admit the client to a hospital in case of any possible
complications and for family counselling. Subsequently, no family member needs to stay
along with the patient.

Close family members will be expected to come for counselling / interventions sessions
as and when called by the concerned counselling staff during the stay of the client.

Fee Structure
• A/C Facility - Rs. 1,80,000/-* per month.
• Treatment Charges Rs. 1,80,000/- per month includes the following
- Air- conditioned accommodation, food, counselling, therapy inputs, yoga classes,
meditation, literature, study/writing materials, recreation and gym facilities.
- Medical Examinations (Haemogram, CUE, Amylase, HBA1C, LFT, Lipid profile, Serum
Uric Acid, Serum Creatinine, Blood Urea Nitrogen, ESR, Electrolytes, T3, T4,TSH, Anti
bodies to HIV 1/2 (Elisa) and HBSAG)
- Detoxification Charges (Withdrawal Management)
- Welcome Kit (Literature to Client & Family)
- Personal expenses which includes (Toiletries, Laundry, Snacks and cigarettes). In-case
the amount exceeds the amount paid for personal expenses, the same will be
communicated to the family.

Note: If the client is suffering from any other critical or chronic health ailment other than
addiction the treatment charges incurred thereon will be billed separately.

Any Extra Medical Investigations, 9 Drug Panel Tests, Specific Medications, Medical Consul-
tant’s Fee, Psychological Tests, Special diet if and when prescribed by the doctor will be billed
separately.

All new clients are expected to undergo mandatory quarantine of 14 days. If they show
symptoms of Covid-19 during this time and the same is confirmed post testing, then the client
will be referred to nearest Hospital for Covid-19 treatment.
Payable on Admission: 1st Month's Fees
■ First Month’s Total Charges – Rs. 1,80,000/- including Treatment Charges for Pre-Medical
Tests and Psychiatric Evaluation, Welcome Kit and Personal Expenses.
2nd Month's Fees
• Second Month's Fees - Rs. 1,50,000/-* including Personal Expenses
3rd Month's Fees
• Third Month's Fees - Rs. 1,50,000/-* including Personal Expenses.

You need to enquire regarding availability of accommodation. There is normally a waiting list

Rights of admission reserved: Clients and their family shall be interviewed and assessed prior
to admission. In case of acute medical condition, attitudinal / related problems, failure to
agree to comply with rules & regulations, etc, admission may be denied.

Overseas clients must have valid visa. Admission may be denied to those not having required
visa for stay in India. Travel arrangements and visa formalities are the responsibility of the
families.

Booking Procedure
1. Payment of Rs. 70,000/-* ; will be adjusted in first month advance charges.
2. Bed shall be kept for 7 days after the intimated date of admission.
3. The booking amount shall be adjusted against the treatment charges.
4. The monthly payment cycle will commence from the intimated date of admission.
5. In case the client fails to show up on intimated date, the bed shall be allotted to
someone else. A fresh booking then needs to be made.
6. The booking amount is non-refundable, in case the client does not turn up.
7. Please communicate the name of the client and deposit details via email, after
deposit of the amount.
8. The amount may be paid in cash / by cheque or DD. In case of outstation clients, the
amount may be transferred to the following account.

Terms & Conditions for Families


Family Counselling Sessions
Family members must attend the counselling/ intervention sessions as and when scheduled
by the assigned counsellor. Please note that recovery for the client and the family is not
possible without the co- operation of the family.
Al-Anon Meetings
Regular attendance at Al-Anon is also compulsory as this is the forum where they can share
the effects of addiction on the entire family with other similarly affected families.
These meetings are held at St. Francis’ Women’s College, Begumpet, Hyderabad every
Monday and Friday, from 7.00 to 8.00 pm. The families are advised to attend these meetings
near their homes too.
A list of meetings can be obtained from the counsellors. Non-attendance at these meetings
will also set them up to be asked to discharge the client if they default more than twice.

First Intervention (Reality Facing Session)
A date for the first intervention session between the family and the patient will be set, within
the first two/ three weeks of admission. The families will be informed about the date and time,
after collecting adequate documentation from families and empowering them through coun-
selling sessions and attendance at Al-anon meetings.
Gifts
Families are requested not to bring gifts for the clients. Cash is strictly prohibited. Clients
should not be given access to cell phones during these meetings without permission of the
counsellors.

Visiting Hours
Families are permitted to visit only after prior consultation and obtaining permission from the
counsellors. Family visits will depend on the client’s progress, as determined by the relevant
counsellors.
Absconding/Leaves without permission
• Family will be immediately contacted and informed as to what happened.
• The families should try their best to get the client back into treatment.
• If the client Absconds or leaves without permission, any payments already effected will not
be refunded.

On admission the following should be brought along:

13. Shorts and T-Shirts x3
14. Warm clothing/ thermals for winter
15. Women clients- Appropriate comfortable clothing. No accessories, jewellery.
Please ensure that cell phones, jewellery, watches or electronic items etc. are not left with the
client.
Visa
All visa related issues (and travel arrangements) for clients coming from abroad / extension of
visa need to be handled by the families directly. Preferably, the client should come on a medi-
cal visa which can be extended if required.
Medical Emergencies
In case a client has to be hospitalised, the family will be informed and must come immediately
to be at attendance at the hospital and take care of all related matters. All expenses including
transfers, medical tests, hospital admittance, attendants’ fee and all other related items will be
payable by the family.

Terms & Conditions


• Any special visits of physician/ psychiatrist/ medical specialist shall also be charged.
• All payments must be paid in cash/ local or at-par cheque/ DD at our Accounts
Department Or bank wire transfer.
• Please ensure that cell phones, jewellery, watches or electronic items etc. are not left with
the client.
Charges quoted are prevailing and are subject to revision and taxes as applicable.
