Dead Cell Phone

In the morning Austin discovers he forgot to re-charge his cell phone and the phone will
not turn on. He quickly finds his charger cord and plugs in his phone to re-charge. He
waits two minutes, turns on his phone and finds that the battery has a 1% charge. He
continues to check his phone from time to time and keeps track of the charge using the
following chart.
