ERRATA TO DENIAL OF INTERVENOR AND COUNSEL
IN RESPONSE TO COURT’S ETHICS INQUIRY

COMES NOW, Intervenor Jeremiah J. Atkins, by counsel, and amends his “Denial
of Intervenor and Counsel in Response to Court’s Ethic’s Inquiry” filed June 8, 2021
(“the June 8th Pleading”) to correct a typographical error, and respectfully states as
follows:
1. Paragraph 4 of the original June 8th Pleading stated as follows: “Neither Counsel
nor Intervenor knew anything about either the January 29, 2019 inspection or the
issuance of warrants until afterwards.”
2. The sentence should have read “Neither Counsel nor Intervenor knew anything
about either the scheduling of the January 29, 2019 inspection or the issuance of
warrants until afterwards.”
3. No party will be prejudiced by the correction to the June 8th pleading.
WHEREFORE, your Intervenor and counsel move to correct the error and amend
the June 8th pleading accordingly, and hereby request that this pleading be filed among
the papers of this case.
