RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HON. ALBIN D. MAGDAMIT, MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF

PROSPERIDAD TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE COMPLETION OF PUPILS’ ARTS
AND ACADEMIC CENTER OF WEST PROSPERIDAD CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, LAS
NAVAS, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR, IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (100,000) .

WHEREAS, one of the priority projects of the school is to build and establish PUPILS’ ARTS
AND ACADEMIC CENTER, in order to cater any program and activities that involves a big
crowd and the like.

WHEREAS, the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of West Prosperidad Central Elementary

School have initiated the construction of the PUPILS’ ARTS AND ACADEMIC CENTER in the
amount of one hundred thousand (100,000) in the said school.

WHEREAS, the funds of the school and of the PTA could not sustain for the completion of the
said project.

WHEREAS, seeking additional funds from the Municipal Government is very essential for the
completion and realization of the project.

WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Board of Directors of PTA, in

meeting duly assembled-

TO REQUEST HON. ALBIN D. MAGDAMIT, MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF PROSPERIDAD TO PROVIDE

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE COMPLETION OF the PUPILS’ ARTS AND ACADEMIC CENTER
OF WEST PROSPERIDAD CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, LAS NAVAS, PROSPERIDAD,
AGUSAN DEL SUR, IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (100,000).
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy hereof be sent to Hon. Albin D. Magdamit, Municipal
Mayor of Prosperidad, for his information, favorable action, and guidance.

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that copies of the program of works for the completion of the
said project be sent together with this resolution.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies be furnished to the GPTA officials and members of the
school, and to the Municipal Parents Teachers Association Federation, through the GPTA
President Elena C. Getubig for their information, action, reference and guidance.
